The Tale of Two Rivers
The Veyron River begins its journey in a remote area of Switzerland, meandering through the historic, old-world countryside, eventually meeting up with the Rhone River which continues to Geneva, Switzerland. Flanking a land mass, the two rivers form a “V” where they converge quite spectacularly with the Arve River, blending their different colors together to form a third color.
Veyron Estate Protection is the convergence of the oldest form of asset protection, the trust, flowing into newly updated laws like the Uniform Trust Code and eventually merging with technology, bringing us a new class of asset protection called “Tech-Assisted Trusts.”
Not to be confused with template-driven, non-customizable trusts, Tech-Assisted Trusts allow every asset to be distributed differently and every heir to inherit differently.
